The Main Menu
This is the Start Page for the Consultor Application - From here you can: View/Edit Client and Contact details
Client and Contact Details contains the important information required to assess a consultant. The form has many buttons for action. If you click on View TR then the program will open MS Notepad and then load a TEXT version of the client's CV Clicking on the View Personal Details Button will open a form for you to input, view or edit additional Personal information on the client if you require this level of detail. There is provision for you to store an image of the client which will be presented on the Personal Details form. There are facilities on these Personal Details forms such as e-mail and web viewing are available.
If you click on the SMALL button then you will be able to view the Personal details on a smaller form with TAB keys for relevant information.
Category Management The form allows you to Add-Edit-Delete within four principle categories for classifying the client and to assist in searching for clients with specific experience, skills, knowledge and backgrounds to match the many criteria available. The four categories are designed to be unique and can be utilised in any way - you choose the content and the criteria for each. The ones demonstrated below are simply as examples
There is an option to store the Client's working history with your organisation. Consultor provides this facility for those who would like to maintain an employment history for their Consultants.
Searching With the multitude of categories available to you there is a search function which will enable you to quickly find clients that have the attributes that you require. Pull down lists are available to quickly identify client attributes you seek - you can use only one, several or all of the categories below to identify the clients you need.
A typical reply to a search is demonstrated below. Clicking on the View button beside the client name will take you to the clients details form and allow you to investigate further the suitability of this client to match your needs.
Because of the occasional need to find clients with multiple attributes in the one category there is an advanced search menu which will allow this type of search.
There is an ability to do Multiple Searches on each of the four categories. The advanced search on Multiple Sectors is demonstrated below. You can select from one to four items and the Search Engine will return those clients that have those criteria.
The return will list all clients that have any of the attributes requested but will present them as follows: Those that have most/all of the attributes first then listing through to those that have only one of the attributes last. Reports

Maintenance There are several reasons for you to require access to the data to effect changes and modifications. Consultor provided access to all data stored in the Consultor Data Base through the Consultor Maintenance Menu.
