What am I????
I am a Microsoft Access 2000 Project
With some VB 5 software imbedded

Note: all images are reduced by 50% in size
I work only in 1024x768 Small Font windows mode
I am available for internet download only.
I am a group of Utilities for Microsoft
Flight Simulators - supporting
FS98 - FS2000 - CFS1 - CFS2

I Provide the following functions:
Main Menu - the link to all utilities for Control 2000 SE
Main Setup and Data Management
(see maintenance area for the these functions)
Primary Utilities

Aircraft Texture View and Edit form.
This form allows texture editing access to the majority of aircraft for
all of the Microsoft Simulators. The 10 windows on the form show
up to the first 10 #AF files. The form also allows access to the
textures which are in BMP format through the "View all Textures"
button. There are also filter features to isolate each simulator or
combine these simulators. Every active field on this form can be
sorted or filtered on.
View Edit All Textures form - allowing you to browse and
select for edit either BMP or #AF texture files

Panel and Sound Management - this form allows you to assign
panels and sounds from any aircraft in any simulator to a
particular aircraft - Pull down list of available options are available
for both Sounds and Panel assignment.

You can also edit any of the configuration files for the aircraft
using Notepad.
There are also filter features to isolate each simulator or
combine these simulators. Every active field on this form can be
sorted or filtered on.
The aircraft and panel image are available by the creation of a
small 320x200 BMP file for each and storing this SMALL.BMP
file in the relevant directory.

Aircraft - view/edit all functions
This form is an amalgamation of both of the function mentioned
above - both textures and assignments.
There are also filter features to isolate each simulator or
combine these simulators. Every active field on this form can be
sorted or filtered on.

Aircraft Management form
Through this form aircraft can be Copied from one sim to
another. Aircraft can be Deleted. Aircraft can be Archived
and Restored - the archive and restore function simply rename
the aircraft.cfg file so that the simulator does not see it and
loading can be more rapid for the simulator.
There are also filter features to isolate each simulator or
combine these simulators. Every active field on this form can be
sorted or filtered on.

Group Management
This form allows you to assign aircraft to groups or categories
depending on you needs. Assigning aircraft to groups can
make the management of aircraft much more convenient.

Select Group Form - this form allows you to select groupings
on Aircraft Type Engine Type and Number of Engines. You
can also create any other grouping syntax as you require.

Group Archiving
Once group management is in place you can archive and
restore entire groups of aircraft on one click.
Maintenance

Setup Form - for selection of the Paths etc to enable Control
2000SE to find and manage the many files for your simulators

Data Update form - This is the heart of Control 2000 SE
All data is interpreted and created for the entire program through
this form. It creates this data through 4 major steps:
(1) - gather details about all directories and aircraft file paths
(2) - gather all details about the aircraft in each simulator
(3) - gather all details about sound and panel files
(4) - gather all details about some of the scenery texture files.

This form allows you access to all of the text files created by
the Data Update form - very useful to assist in debugging and
analysis of the aircraft you have.
Secondary Utilities

Secondary Utilities Menu
This form has many functions and tools for the
convenience of the Control 2000SE User.
Ability to view and edit all data tables, various
browsing functions - ability to automatically insert
various texture files for the CFS2 default aircraft
and many other useful functions.
ONE VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
THE MICROSOFT AIRCRAFT THAT COME WITH EACH SIMULATOR ARE SPECIFICALLY MODELED FOR THAT SIMULATOR AND YOU WILL ENCOUNTER DIFFICULTY IN COPYING THEM TO OTHER SIMULATORS. ALL OTHER AIRCRAFT (WITH A VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS) MOVE FREELY ACROSS THE SIMULATORS.
