This version Control 98 v6.03a is specifically for 1024x768 or greater screen resolution. The "Authors Edition" is the version I Personally use to manage my Flight Sim environment and is graphically intensive. This version has some special features which will not be added to other versions for at least 3-4 months.
If you are interested in obtaining a copy please click on the control panel image above and mail me your request for a copy and I will advise you of it's URL location. This "Authors Edition" is very large in comparison to the standard Control 98 due to the many additional features and graphics. Download Size is 6.01mb.
Some minor enhancements and user requests have been implemented as an upgrade

Control 98 goes to Press!
Magazine is publishing Control 98
Control 98 will be on the Afterburner CD that accompanies the December 1998/January 1999 Issue of Full Throttle. It will contain Control 98 Version 6.10 which will be an exclusive release to that magazine. On the CD will be the full runtime MS Access 97 software as well and some supporting documentation and graphics. Control 98 is still freeware but this media will allow the distribution of the Runtime software to make it easier for everyone to use Control 98. Please subscribe to this magazine or at least get the December/January issue.

I must make a point here, these magazines appear to be endeavouring to provide a quality of service to their readers. They have been searching the net and finding programs that they believe would be of benefit to those who subscribe or purchase their magazines. and check out the Wooster model aircraft. I have a small collection of these types of aircraft models purchased on various airline flights throughout the world. I would welcome any additional models to add to my collection particularly if they reflect your country or region. Before you panic and say this program is not freeware the models are approx $15 US and there is absolutely no obligations under any circumstances. I will always continue to publish Control 98 free to the net. I make the above comments only in response to many people expressing their satisfaction in Control 98 and offering a payment of some sort. This, of course, has been rejected, but the thought of some aircraft models from Airlines representing Control 98 users would be pleasing.
Note: In two years I have never received an aircraft
not a complaint simply identifying that there has been no
bribery or corruption going on......
Thank you all for your support with Control 98. I hope there is many more updates in the future and that you continue to get the same convenience as I from the program.
